Note: Roxbury Library does NOT supply pots or pans with this appliance. In order to use this and any other induction cooktop, you need to have the right kind of cookware. Stainless Steel pans with a magnetic bottom or Cast Iron work best. Check your pans manufacturer to see if it is Induction compatible. 

These cooktop are a snap to clean. Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth when the cooktop is cool after cooking.
